Who we are

  • Coaching data: onboarding answers, training plans, coach chat messages, completion history, and notes.
  • Technical and usage data: service logs and device or network metadata used for security and reliability.
  • Support data: information you send when you contact us for support or feedback.

Why we use your data (lawful bases)

  • Provide and operate the service: performance of a contract.
  • Improve product quality, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure: legitimate interests.

Processors and international transfers

We use third-party processors to host infrastructure, store data, and run AI-assisted features. This can include model providers such as OpenAI and Google (Gemini) when enabled in our configuration.

If personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as UK adequacy regulations or contractual safeguards.

Retention and security

  • We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy.
  • Training data remains associated with your account until it is deleted or no longer required.
